The Avenues

The Avenues are located north of South Temple Street and east of City Creek Canyon. Mainly a residential area, the avenues have many older homes that have been renovated and have a high market value. Some of the major landmarks in The Avenues include Utah Governor's Mansion and Cathedral of the Madeline. Some of the major homes are Victorian style, cottages, and historic mansions.
