Sugar House: A Salt Lake Vintage Neighborhood
Sugar House is probably one of the most unique neighborhoods in the nation, lodged near the southeast corner of the city. Recently, the Utah Transit Authority completed the Sugar House streetcar system. The route starts at the Central Pointe Station and gives commuters full access to all the fine shopping opportunities in Sugar House. In the future, there are going to be about 1,000 housing units going up just near the streetcar line. Sugar House Center also has some great shopping if you are looking to get out and about. You can check out high-end stores like Nordstrom's, Michael's, and Deseret Books.
This neighborhood is also home to 9th and 9th in Salt Lake City, one of the best areas to live. Home of the 9th and 9th Street Festival, this little treasure in Salt Lake City is the most popular place to live for young and successful professionals, who might like to walk, shop, or dine in the evenings and the afternoons.
